Morocco and Algeria cooperate on water project11/4/11 03:52In March 2011, Morocco and Algeria signed a cooperation agreement in Rabat for the implementation of a bilateral water project. Following the signing of the agreement, the two countries intend to hold a bilateral committee on April 18, 2011 in Algiers.
